Our Saviour’s Men will be discussing chapter 6 of Man Up!: The Quest for Masculinity, this Saturday, October 5, at the Church; breakfast is at 8:00 a.m

Join the ladies of the LWML on Monday, October 14, at 12:00 pm for a luncheon and a business meeting. Hope to see you there! Please note: the printed newsletter, distributed today, had the wrong date of October 7th; the CORRECT date is October 14th, and the digital copy and re-printed copies now available have been updated to reflect this.

Please join us for outdoor clean-up and maintenance at the Church on Saturday, October 19, starting at 9:00 am. Bring yard tools.

LWML Mites: Based on the Biblical account of the widow’s mite (Luke 21:1-4), the Mite Box is intended for regular contributions of “mites” or “pocket change”— offerings above and beyond the support given to congregations and the LCMS. Mite Box contributions amount to millions of dollars that fund district and national mission grants and implement the LWML program. Please bring your mite boxes in on Sunday, October. 27.

October and November’s mission is to help provide Christmas gift cards to seminarians. Please consider purchasing gift cards that will be distributed at the Fort Wayne Seminary. Gift cards should be placed in the missions box on the piano.
